Back for good.
Heyya. At last! I', back.. I'm sorry for not updating my blog, coz I was kinda busy. 'kinda'. Hahaha, anyway, I know no one is reading this piece of crap. So okay, last night I went to Amanina and Tiffy's birthday party. Fun. I took lots of pictures, coz I was the little sneaky paparazzi in the corner of the room. LOL. Then tomorrow's work experience day! Hoora! I'm a little bit nervous.... >.< and next Friday is science modular test. Boohoo ): Current mood: DOWN. I'm feeling a bit insecure...not? I'm such a cow. cow cow cow cow... MOOOO~. I'm kinda scared of going to the Switzerland trip ): I'm scared that I'll have no one to talk to. Like everyone is going to ignore me. Aaagghh!! These thoughts have been haunting my flippin brain. May be I should boost my 'making-new-friends' skill. Blablabla, yada yada, I'm not gonna put anything informative at the moment. I guess I'll see you guys later (: ♥

One brief entry.

Okay, today I'm going to type a brief entry only. Sorry I haven't update my flippin blog. I'm kinda busy nowadays.... hehehe I've just finished revising for ICT test tomorrow. Guess what?? I GOT TWO RABBITS NOW! One is called Jelly and one is... I dunno. COz he's my sister's :/ Oh well, mine is ginger colour and the other one is white. They are soooooo adorable! :3

Anyway, I've fallen into a deep pot hole :O Gosh, why does he have to appear all of a sudden?? WHY WHY WHY? ..... Okay, let's just pass this crap. It's unimportant anyway. What else... What else..... Think think think! Ummm, I'm going to do a long post on Thursday Insya Allah, coz tomorrow I'm having a sleepover (: Yay me! :P

AGAGAGAGAGA! I wanna go back to KL. Back to who I was. I really REALLY wanna show my true colour, but I just can't. It's SO HARD! JHGAJSHGASJHGAJ! Poo, I'm off now! Love yaaaaa <3333333

Super Junior, F1, MotoGP etc...

Super Junior

Ahhh, I'm back again! But now, I've realised that I AM obsess with Super Junior. They are ubber cute! Cuteness to the max. GAGAGAGAG! For those of you who is wondering ,'who the HECK s Super Junior?' lemme tell you, Super Junior is a Korean boy band, consisting 13 people. The leader is Leetuk/Eetuk. The other 12 members are Hankyung (<3), Kangin, Siwon (<3), Dong Hae (<3), Ryeowok, Sungmin, Eunhyuk (<3), Heechul, Kibum, KyuHyun (<3), Shindong and Yesung (<3 he has a great voice!). They are also known as SuJu and is well known in China, since Hankyung is a chinese boy, Japan, Taiwan and Thailand.The group has 4 sub-groups, they are Super Junior K.R.Y ( KyuHyun, Reowok and Yesung), Super Junior M (Hankyung, Siwon, Donghae, Kyuhyun, Henry, Ryeowok and Zhou Mi -> specialised in chinese songs), Super Junior Happy (Leetuk, Yesung, Kangin, SHindong, SUngmin, Eunhyuk -> specialised in funny songs xD) and Super Juniot T (same members are Super Junior Happy). Their (as in the whole Super Junior) music style/ genre is mostly pop, dance, r&b and trout. Most of their dances are kinda like street dance, full of waving, poping, sliding and liquid dancing. Hahahhaa, liquid dancing sounds interesting. Anyway, now they have launched the 3rd album called Vol.3. It's faous song is Sorry, Sorry, which is one of my 'Songs of the week.' Also, I heard that they'll launch a new album around mid 2009 (so probably June, July or August?) I just can't get enough of their songs! FIGHTING~ <3 Suju!

O: What's wrong with Ferrari? Tsk tsk tsk, I think the new hydraulic car is not efficient enough :/ The old car is much better. So today Sebastian Vettel from Renault won the race in China. Congrats! I think Ferrari won't make it to the top this season. Oh, wtv. I'm not a big fan of Ferrari tho :P Boohoo! And I WANNA WATCH THE ONE IN BAHRAIN!!! Y_Y

MotoGP

I LOVE THIS ONE! My favourite is Daniel Pedrosa but WADDAFAK? He got the 11th place for the race in Qatar?? WOOOTTT?!?!?! No way! I love him too much! Sadly, I didn't have a chance to watch it during the spring break >.< Casey Stoner and Valentino Rossi... Psshh, obviously -_- But it's okay my dear Pedrosa. I know you can do much better in Japan! FIGHTING~!

The secret of having good skin.

Hullow! This blog is becoming a good alternative of escaping my loneliness. Yes, I AM such a loner nowadays ): Somehow I need a tangible friend that I can talk to face to face. Share our stresses and happiness and may be an annual sleepover (HOOO, this reminds me of Gossip Girls. LOL) I'm stuck inside this rut that I fell into by mistake.... Anyway, yesh. Last night, I dreamt that I was one of the Upper East Siders. Hahahaha. So I went to this glamorous shopping centre and bought a pair of Dolce and Gabbana heels. HAHAHAHAHA! The heels looked something like this. REALLY!

What ever. Bleh, forget it.
So, I've decided to do a research about -drum rolls- HOW TO HAVE GOOD SKIN!, since Michelle deperately wants good skin. Well, duh, you need to excerise you lazy bum! :P But below will be the more 'accurate' way of achieving the goal.
 
What should I eat?
Firstly, GO FOR SOME FISHES! Fish is a good source of oil. It will help nourish your skin.
Then you should consume foods which contain vitamin A & E. Dark orange (orange, carrot) nd Dark green (broccoli, spinach) veggies are god ources for vitamine A. Whereas for vitamine E, you can grab some nuts, like hazelnuts or almonds (yuck! I hate almods!) and BEAN SPROTS! YES, those yellow beans with white tails have a lot of vitamine E!
 
Here are some good diets for you:
BREAKFAST
option one:-
oatmeal made with skim milk, topped with 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds mixed with blueberries
orange juice
option two:-
fortified whole grain cereal topped with skim milk, strawberries and 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
grapefruit juice
option three:-
low-fat granola mixed with 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds and dried mixed fruit, topped with plain yogurt
tomato juice with a splash of lemon
 
LUNCH
option one:-
3 ounces water-packed tuna mixed with 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise, chopped tomatoes, celery, carrots and green peppers
2 cups dark green leafy lettuce
1 slice dark rye bread spread with 2 teaspoons olive oil-based margarine
1 cup skim milk
option two:-
grilled and chilled shrimp salad with grapefruit vinaigrette
baby carrots
6 whole-grain crackers
1 cup skim milk
option three:-
turkey caesar wrap
½ cup salsa with 1 cup green, red and yellow pepper strips
1 cup skim milk
 
AFTERNOON SNACK
Choose from any of these snack options:
• fresh apple, orange or tangerine
• small handful of mixed nuts
• ½ cup trail mix of nuts, dried fruit and pretzels
• 1 cup yogurt mixed with blueberries, raspberries or strawberries
• 6 baby carrots
 
DINNER
option one:-
baked filet of sole
½ cup brown rice
1 cup steamed spinach tossed with lemon juice, garlic and pepper
vanilla pudding topped with mixed berries
green tea
option two:-
beef tenderloins and greens dijon
½ cup strawberry sorbet topped with mixed berries
green tea
option three:-
honey garlic pork chops
½ cup mashed sweet potatoes
½ cup steamed broccoli tossed with olive oil and garlic
½ cup yogurt topped with mixed berries
green tea

The Dos and Don'ts
DOs
  • Drink at least 8 cups of water or 1 ltr perday.
  • Eat seafood at least 3 times a week for your oil supply.
  • Eat at least 8 servings of fruits and veggies everyday.
  • EAT 20-30% OF CALLORIES EVERYDAY, from healthy fats of course, like avocados, to prevent dry skin.
  • Use sunscreen wherever you are.
  • Don't forget your cap when you're outside!

DON'TS

  • DRINK ALCOHOL!!!!!
  • Eat junkfoods, like chips, coz they contain unhealthy fats, which are not good for skin.
  • SMOKE, especially second-hand smoke D:

Here are some personal advices:

  • Go out more often A.K.A excerise! Coz when you sweat, all the hormones will come out.
  • Eat papaya and bean sprouts. I dunno why, but my mom keeps on shoving papaya and bean sprous into my mouth -.- She said papaya is the best fruit in the world, according to some doctors :/
  • Use clean/saperate towel to wipe your face.
  • DON'T, NEVER AND IS PROHOBITED to pop your pimples. Coz it'll leave some black spots that will take AGEZ to disappear, or WORSE! This comes from my own personal experience, since I always do this in the bathroom. HAHAHAHA.

Ahhh, yes yes. I hope the information is useful enough. I wanted to tell, tell you everything... Sorry, it's just a habit of typing random line from the song that I'm currently listening to :P Lalalala, I think I'm going to be mad in no time! GAGAGAGAGAGAGAGA!
